Full Moon Candlelight Vinyasa

An invigorating yet meditative experience, this special 2-hour hot Vinyasa flow is designed to challenge the body, calm the mind and soothe the soul.  Enjoy a brief, lightly guided meditation before flowing through a Vinyasa that incorporates moon salutations and then come full circle as you conclude the practice with relaxing, restorative postures.

Candlelight and music are utilized to evoke a deeper sense of feeling and grace, allowing for a more intuitive experience. Yoga experience is recommended as there will be minimal instruction provided.
